Comprehensive Water Monitoring:
To ensure water quality and performance, the Ultra-Pure Water System incorporates dual-channel online monitoring for pure water and ultrapure water. It also includes real-time monitoring of water temperature. The conductivity meter boasts a resistance cell constant of 0.01 cm-1 and a temperature sensitivity of ±0.1ºC, with automatic temperature compensation functionality for accurate and reliable measurements.
