The Bottle Plug Type Liquid Level Monitoring System is a product specially developed for measuring the liquid level and temperature of aluminum liquid nitrogen tanks. It uses ultra-low temperature monitoring technology and IoT communication technology to monitor the temperature and liquid level in real-time, and uploads the data to the system platform through various communication methods such as LORA and NB-IOT.
The monitoring device adopts an integrated design with monitoring equipment, bottle plug, and sensor, where the monitoring equipment is embedded in the plug body. The system can collect liquid level and temperature data in real-time through the liquid level and temperature sensors.
The device also supports data alarms (liquid level, temperature, power, fault, etc.), which can be transmitted in real-time to the cloud platform. The monitoring device is designed with ultra-low power consumption and is equipped with an efficient nickel battery that can maintain the instrument's operation for 1-2 years. The battery capacity is automatically detected, and the device will automatically send a power alarm when it falls below a certain level.
Finally, the system has a real-time display function that shows the liquid level and temperature data in real-time for 24 hours. The data is regularly transmitted to the cloud platform and stored as historical records.
