This integrated pure and ultrapure water system uses tap water as its source and can provide both types of water through separate dispensing nozzles. It features a voice prompt for power on/off and water dispensing, allowing users to easily operate the system and stay informed of current instructions.
The system is compatible with both pressure tanks and water storage tanks, and can display the remaining water volume to meet different application requirements. It has precise functions for timed, volumetric (10-9999 ml), and quality (1~18.2MΩ.cm) dispensing, with separate settings for pure and ultrapure water dispensing and an accuracy of up to ±2 ml.
Users can monitor the water quality, total dispensing volume, and flow rate through the online display, while the system time (year/month/day/hour/minute) and standby (060 min) and shutdown (024 hour) settings provide added convenience. The system also includes real-time monitoring of the source water, RO permeate, and ultrapure water quality, as well as online temperature detection.
The lifespan of the PP filter element, AC filter element, RO membrane, UV lamp, UF membrane, and UP ultra-purification column filter element can be set and displayed, with automatic reminders for replacement when they expire. The entire column body is made of food-grade PP material and is molded in one piece using a hot-melt device, eliminating the need for any adhesive and ensuring that there are no impurities.
The pure water pipeline and joints have been NSF certified, and the system features a Japanese imported cold cathode UV sterilization lamp that won't be affected by frequent switching and alloy electrodes with a strong shock resistance.
The system uses original imported DOW RO membrane from the US and includes an automatic RO membrane anti-scaling flushing program that can be set for flushing time and interval time, extending the life of the RO membrane. It can store a year's worth of operating data and export it through a USB interface (Excel spreadsheet) within a specified time range.
With low-voltage 24DC as the main power supply, the system meets safety standards, and its ABS engineering plastic chassis and water-electricity separation structure enable it to be used in humid environments. The large 2.5-inch LCD display screen features animated menus, four-digit user password protection, and dynamic and intuitive operation.
All system settings are password-protected to prevent unauthorized changes, and the system has complete water shortage protection and high-pressure water full system automatic shutdown protection, as well as automatic power-on and fault alarm functions after use.
