CDG-17 Controlled-Rate Freezer with Automatic Data Backup and Dual Solenoid Valves PROMED
The CDG Controlled-Rate Freezer is a programmable cooling device that is widely used for cooling temperature-sensitive cells, such as primary cells. The newly designed integrated Cell Digitcooling system uses the latest temperature control and liquid nitrogen dispersion technology to ensure a uniform and stable cooling process. The CDG freezer is capable of IQ/OQ operation, which meets the needs of GLP laboratories.
The high precision microprocessor control and LCD touch screen interface provide accurate temperature control. The outer shell of the freezer is made of powder-coated, corrosion-resistant material, and the inner chamber is made of durable SUS304 stainless steel. The original polyurethane insulation material with in-situ foaming provides excellent insulation performance, ensuring minimal temperature fluctuation.
The CDG freezer features two independent sample and wall temperature sensors, which enable accurate temperature control. The touch screen displays the sample and chamber temperature curves, as well as the enthalpy of fusion and other parameters. The entire operation process is documented with automatic data backup, ensuring traceability.
The built-in fan (with protective cover) provides horizontal laminar flow circulation, and evenly disperses liquid nitrogen, which ensures quiet operation and temperature uniformity. The CDG freezer is equipped with dual solenoid valves for improved safety.
The touch screen interface features a one-touch door opening function, which allows for easy sample insertion and removal.
